Sue is Chief Brand & Culture Officer for Harding+, charged with developing and promoting the company’s brand equity, values and culture, and holding responsibility for communications, brand development, store design and development, and sustainability. Sue joined Harding+ in 2017 as Marketing Director, having previously worked in Marketing Leadership roles for World Duty Free/Dufry for over 12 years. At Harding+ Sue has transformed the company’s marketing proposition and enabled it to become the world’s leading cruise retailer, including creating the ‘Oceantainment’ customer experience model and the Quaternity model. She was one of the executive team that worked towards the business’ acquisition by Davidson Kempner in 2020.
