Harding Marketing Director since 2017 having worked in both high street and travel retail marketing for over 30 years, leading in commercial travel retail innovation, customer experiential marketing, customer insight, relationship management, change management, brand building as well as ship store design and development and space planning working with cruise and brand partners on key new store designs for the latest ships such as Scarlet Lady, Marella Explorer, Carnival Splendour and Iona.

Prior to Harding, Sue worked at World Duty Free / Dufry where she held leadership marketing roles in the UK / Europe Division and was responsible for the creation and introduction of the global digital customer experiential network known as ‘Contentainment’ which launched in World Duty Free Terminal 5 in 2008.

A key customer ambassador and custodian of the Harding brand which has grown from strength to strength over the past 4 years, Gosling works closely with the Commercial function to add value for the customer, the cruise brands and brand partners in the cruise channel in a ‘Quadrinity’ approach of customer, cruise brand, brand partner and retailer.
