Lisa Bauer was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Starboard Cruise Services in June 2019. A respected travel and cruise industry veteran, Bauer oversees all operations for Starboard and sister company Onboard Media, an integrated media company, comprising 2,500 employees working both on land and on board the ships of the companies’ eight partner cruise lines. Most recently, Bauer held the position of Vice President of Onboard Experience at Delta Airlines, responsible for creating the strategy to elevate the carrier’s onboard customer experience and improve its competitive advantage on the global stage.
Prior to joining Delta, Bauer was Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Chief Operating Officer for International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE), a global travel and leisure company with a worldwide network of innovative travel alliances. Before joining ICE, Bauer had a long and successful career with Royal Caribbean International.
She served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, overseeing worldwide marketing and revenue management as well the company’s tri-branded sales and marketing offices and international representatives. In this capacity, she played a key role in the company’s Asia growth strategy and regional team development.
Other positions held by Bauer at Royal Caribbean included Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations, responsible for hotel services, food & beverage, onboard revenue and entertainment, as well as Senior Vice President of Sales, directing North American sales activities.
Stacy Shaw joined Starboard Cruise Services as Vice President Luxury Division and Retail Experience Development in November 2019. Shaw’s appointment was announced at the same time as the company revealed its newly formed Luxury Division, headed up by Shaw, a former Virgin Voyages Vice-President of Sales and Business Development. The division is structured as a center of excellence for luxury experiences.
It will support all of Starboard’s dedicated cruise line account brand teams by conceiving and developing upscale retail experiences based on specific customer profiles ensuring differentiated offerings relevant for each brand and its guests.
Shaw’s career spans the luxury, premium and contemporary sectors of hotel and cruise with experience in startups, small boutique companies and global industry-leading vacation and lifestyle brands.
Shaw will have direct oversight of Starboard’s portfolio of luxury cruise line brands, will lead new business development efforts within the cruise sector and identify partners in land-based luxury travel that are seeking highly curated retail experiences.
Stefano Menegotto is Vice President & General Manager Europe for Starboard Cruise Services, the premier retailer at sea. Stefano began his career with Starboard 14 years ago and has extensive experience in Cruise Retail across all major markets, including Europe, Caribbean, South America and Asia.
Stefano leads operations in the European Region and is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience on all Starboard ships in Europe by optimizing the guest journey, providing the best merchandise and assortment strategy, as well as ensuring the shipboard teams are delivering a memorable guest service.
Previously to Starboard, Stefano worked in the fashion industry for over 8 years with Luxottica Group where he held the role of Managing Director in different countries between Europe, Middle East and India, overseeing both wholesale and retail operations.
Stefano is located in Starboard’s office in Genoa, Italy.

Dr. Peter Mohn graduated as a Psychologist and earned a Ph.D. in Business Psychology at the University of Göttingen, Germany. Peter is of Norwegian origin, has lived in Denmark, Belgium, Finland, UK and Germany and lives in Switzerland since 2002. Peter has been working for various leading global market research agencies since 1993. He has been specializing in Travel research since 2004 and consults various leading brands as well as shop operators in this field. Peter is co-founder and CEO of m1nd-set since 2007.
Anna is Project and Business Development Manager at m1nd-set. She works with various global key accounts across all categories in the area of Travel Retail and Duty Free. She is also involved in m1nd-set’s consultancy work for global clients and manages the company’s marketing activities and press appearance. She holds a Master of Science in Management, with specialization in Marketing, from the prestigious HEC Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. Anna previously worked on various Marketing projects for different communication agencies in Germany. Anna is of Italian origin, and she also speaks English, German and Spanish.
Adrian Pittaway is the Head of Retail for MSC Cruises. Based in Geneva, Adrian and the MSC Cruises retail team operate one of the largest in-house cruise retail operations in the world. Leading the team on one of the most modern cruise ship fleets in the world, MSC Cruises retail team operate as part of the larger MSC Group with 130 boutiques on 15 luxury cruise ships, and a further 100 boutiques in the pipeline on 9 additional ships.
With over 20 years of experience in retail management, Adrian is responsible for directing all aspects of the retail business covering buying, operations, logistics and business development for nearly 200 premium brands. Previously, Adrian worked for over 7 years for Nuance / Dufry with experience in the other side of travel retail in the airport and leisure industry.
Hanan Fraysse is Lifestyle & Beauty Director at ACTIUM, a beauty travel retail specialist. Fraysse is a veteran in the travel retail industry with over 30 years of experience. She started her career with Unilever and then moved on to join L’Oréal in Dubai managing the GCC region then moved to Paris to lead the launch of Giorgio Armani Cosmetics worldwide in early 2000. In 2004 Fraysse moved to Miami and joined ACTIUM to become a leader in driving brand sales in the cruise industry with some of the world’s most luxurious brands including : Hermès Parfums, Sisley, Puig and L’Occitane.
Fraysse has been involved in the cruise industry for over 15 years with a proven success record worldwide in growing brand equity and working with global retail operators including Starboard, Harding, Heinemann, Dufry, Princess, Disney and other retail operators for high-end yachts with an overarching mission to enhance the customer experience onboard and optimize brand-retailer operations.
In addition to her cruise retail expertise, Fraysse also manages the distribution of a large brand portfolio for the L’Oréal Group in the Caribbean and the sales of Tea Forte Travel Retail worldwide.
