On Wednesday 18 November the new virtual DFNI Cruise Seminar provided a state-of-the-industry update to the cruise retail sector, as this is constantly being shaped by the dynamic situation that Covid-19 has created across the cruising world.
The hugely successful event hosted presentations and panel talks with DFNI Cruise Seminar’s Headline Partner Starboard Cruise Services CEO Lisa Bauer, Harding Managing Director James Prescott, Dufry Cruise Services Retail Operations Director Adrian Riches and MSC Cruises Head of Retail Adrian Pittaway.
Attendees also had the opportunity to get a first look into data from a research done exclusively by m1nd-set for the DFNI Cruise Seminar on cruise consumer shopping trends and habits post-Covid-19, presented by CEO Peter Mohn.
All the videos from the seminar are available to view on demand to registered attendees. If you attended the seminar, but didn't have a chance to register, you can register to view the videos here.
The DFNI Cruise Conference, scheduled to take place in December 2020, has now been postponed until June 2021, as uncertainty over travel in Europe remains and as we are witnessing an unprecedented impact on all businesses relating to both cruising and travel retail.
