As a high impact leader, Lisa has inspired teams across a range of industries with a clearly articulated vision, a passion for people, and motivation for results. Throughout her career, Lisa has helped companies drive sales and profit across a variety of products, experiences, channels, and markets. Before joining Starboard in 2019, Lisa held the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Perry Ellis International, a house of 20+ brands with global distribution. Prior to that, Lisa held executive marketing roles at Celebrity Cruises, Macy’s Florida, and The Walt Disney Company.

A native of Miami, Lisa actively participates in the community and is passionate about developing and mentoring women leaders.

She is a member of International Women’s Forum as well as The Women’s Edge, non-profit organizations dedicated to advancing women in leadership.
