Craig Steyn is VP Onboard Revenue Operations with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH). In this role, Craig manages a team of 12 individuals covering a multitude of onboard revenue businesses including Spa, Gift Shop, Art, Bingo, Telekom, Communications/WIFI, Photo, Port Shopping, Laundry, Hospital, Beverage and Dining plus a variety of other revenue centers and all Onboard Revenue (OBR) New Build and Refurbishment projects.

Craig has more than 25 years of Hotel and Business experience in the Cruise Line segment, spanning various business modalities and is a qualified Hotelier and Business executive and holds an MBA degree and a Masters in Hotel Management from the University of Liverpool and Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Craig specializes in business development, guest service and business management and has successfully served a range of clients, including corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and CEOs. Craig helps partners facilitate business plans while ensuring operational excellence, with the goal of maximizing revenue, guest service and staff engagement
