Kerstin Schepers brings more than 10 years of experience in the travel retail industry. She started her career with Gebr. Heinemann back in 2013 in the purchasing department. In 2015, she took over the role of Buyer Fashion and Accessories with a focus on the company’s cruise line business.

With experience in purchasing, she then took over the role as Head of Sales for Heinemann’s cruise business in the EMEA region in 2016 and was in charge for developing retail concepts as well as creating sales experiences aboard cruise ships and working on long-term partnerships with shipping companies. Today, Kerstin serves as Managing Director of Gebr. Heinemann Cruise Liner Global and is responsible for the cruise retail business of Gebr. Heinemann in the whole EMEA region, which also includes the exploration of new and upcoming cruise markets like the Middle East.
