Estelle is the Managing Director of DENIZEN Destination, the new duty-free division of long-established destination jewelry brand DENIZEN celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. Born in the Caribbean and sold exclusively to travel retail, today DENIZEN is available on all seven continents, through exclusive collections with a sense of place representing almost 1,000 destinations.

Based in Hong Kong since 2012, Estelle joined DENIZEN in 2017 and spearheaded the brand’s global travel retail expansion, starting with inflight shopping. The focus for 2024 is on strengthening their cruise and airport retail presence while championing the sought-after sense of place concept as a destination product. Estelle was previously leading the Product Innovation Team at Inflight Sales Group, sourcing new brands for inflight duty free across all categories.

She began her career in communications and marketing, holding positions in financial services and various industries in France, the UK, and Japan. She earned her master’s degree in international business from Université Paris Dauphine in partnership with Georgia State University. Apart from traveling, she is an avid hiker (with a preference for volcanoes), skier, diver, and water sport aficionada
